Configuration:

• Based on the requirements, the best settings for short post chars is: 200
• 200 is too short, there are many posts with image that are short posts

Syndication tools function

In this video we are explaining how the new function short posts is working. We also present the new version of Syndication Tools with ajax chunks.

• Using Syndication tools, execute on all blogs
• Find short post function
• using small range
• Delete only really small posts, not all of them
• !! Go into settings page of syndication tools and set max chars to 200

Short post Improvements

• There is only one option in Syndication tools -> delete these posts, no we have the option to look at the posts
• — Short posts to keep (must be short)
• Only PDF, if original has only PDF —> Keep it, example Eurostat on Macro , –> Just put into Feed Table that we have posts
• Only Audio inside post –> Short Post -> we are taking it as short post now, -> into Feed Table that blog has short posts
• Only Video inside post –> Short Post -> we are taking it as short post now, —> Into Feed Table that blog has videos
• —- Short Posts to delete
• –> Broken Posts, posts 1901, 01:01 –> Delete
• —- Short Posts to investigate
• Short post but Original is Long Post –> Fix the feed —> Page for reloading

• Only a teaser with link to full post –> Keep it, find out why have only teaser (maybe issue)
