How to backup JSON Backup in Trello Make JSON backup of 000 George Planning board once a month. Export the images (really needed??) Trello Regular Task Sprint Boards Backup Regular Check Go to Old Sprint Board Menu on right side -> then “More” Then “Print and Export” and choose “Export as JSON” New page will open, right click and click on “Save Page as” TEST ———— Spot checks with JSON Viewer, example https://archive.codeplex.com/?p=jsonviewer
Save Save into right directory into .json format Trello Regular Task Sprint Boards Backup* Regular Check: Save Directory Navigate to D:\Sync\!Team\#Trello\DATE DATE = today date (example format: 20190117) Type the name of the sprint as name of the file (the name must be exactly the same as the name of the board in trello) –> press Save We backup important boards and the recent boards every 2 month.
