Image view Plugin sleeps when showing images

Image not loaded

We changed the name of the image, but forgot to change “Link to”. It must be set to Media File, so when opens the image, to take the right URL.

Q: Can you explain why need to “change link to”?

A: Have to change the link, because it didn’t take the right name of the image, thats why when you open the image and it takes wrong name, the image is broken and not loaded.

You should never touch the field “Link to”!!!!!

Q: We have an undocumented and (to the team) unknown plugin that does this?

A: WordPress adds “Media File” automatically, when you upload image, when you are uploading image with Image Elevator, have to do it manually.

No, we do not do it manually.

• Is this a manual task that needs to be done for each image? This would be very stupid.

Answer

• Sometimes when we edit the image and put the dot and set the function “Media File”, before renaming the name, that happens with the bug. Because it still search for old name and can’t find the image with the edited name. That’s why we need to set the “Media File” again to update the link with new name of image (under function “Media File”).

Why do set the link to the media file? This is not needed any more. We have a plugin that does this automatically.

Because the gallery does not work, when you do not set it manually.
