Step 6: Thunderbird Tags

Thunderbird, Saved Search: Create tags 

Do we use custom tags? no

For each normal folder in the accounts create a tag.

Step 7: Thunderbird  Message Filter Format

 

We use “From, To,CC or BCC” format

Modify the message filters and use now “Tag Message”  instead “Move to Folder”.

Keep Stop Filter Execution

ATTENTION:

You must work on the message filters for one account only!!!!
Because the message filters exist for all accounts.

You can save the filters for security.
