Overview

Many mails contain important attachments, like invoices .

Download attachment by Folder

• Create folders on the M drive or new folder on P Cloud
• Run Remove Duplicate Mails
• Extract All attachment files to ….. folders

Add-on: Attachment Extractor 

Extract all Attachments by Folder, 1:1 to Folders, Folder

• Some folders have too many mails, there you create subfolders for each year
• For Pirates you must still create folders 2014, 2016
• Ebay and Purchase needs years –> Move into subfolders first before you extract
• Amazon needs years –> Move into subfolders first before you extract

Attachment Extractor

• 1) Mark the Email with Attachments FEEDBACK: We mark many mails or whole mail folders
• 2) Right mouse click on selected email
• 3) Click on “Extract from Selected Messages”
• 4) Add-on automatically downloads all attachments into folder, chosen from Options of the Add-on
• 5) You can Click also on “Extract from Selected Messages to” –> browse to folder you want
• 6) “Extract to Suggested File-Folder” –> new box will popup
• 6.1) Browse to Folder you want to save Attachments
• The idea of add-on is, easy extracting attachments from emails
