Create new user from Control Panel and when you login to the new user, windows will automatically create folders in C:\users

This is the main screen for users in control panel. There will be listed all new created users.

Here are all options which we can use for every user account:

• Change Account Name
• Change Password
• Remove Password
• Change Picture
• Set up Parental Controls
• Change Account Type
• Manage another account

User Options

Click on Create New Account on the main screen for users in control panel. Then fill the name and choose what type will be your new user.

• Go to – Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\User Accounts\Manage Accounts
  
• Click on user which you want to change password
• Click on Change Password
• Enter Current Password
• Enter New Password
• Confirm new Password
• Click Change Password

Team Admin

You can write in the name of the new user that he is an administrator or standard user. Administrator users have complete access to the computer and can make any desired changes.

It is recommend to protect every account with a strong password.
