Trello Regular Task Media Text Improvement

Improve media text via media library

• —— Good file names (row)
• GO to Docsite –> Мedia –> Library https://doc.e-llusion.org/niko/upload.php
• Go to Quick edit –> Easy way to edit image
• New box will popup with the image and all fields for writing:
• Title –> File name without “-“
• Caption –> Empty
• Alt Text –> same as Title, copy it
• Tags –> Empty
• Media Title –> same as Title, copy it
• Source Name –> if needed –> When there are some external link, write the name of the link
• Source URL –> if needed –> When there are external link, add the url in this field
• When you are ready with editing the image
• Click next (arrow at the top right corner or on your keybord) and the changes will be automatically saved

• Go into the post
• change the file name in the post
• Click on image
• rename it based on what you see in image
• Go back to image library
• — Missing things, keywords
• Improve when missing keyword
• Put the keyword to the title

In some cases it takes 4-5 seconds to add an image.
