Regular Checks

• Go into Thunderbird -> ecoblogs mail
• First do this: link
• After doing the first task, your emails will be with right tag and flaget
• Filter using the search only mails with tag “copyright issues”
• Read these emails and for them do the right thing according to mail:
• If the user complain about article -> set article as private
• If the user complain about link -> remove or add the link
• If the user complain about image -> remove
• If the user complain about his content -> set his posts to private and category to private
• If you set blog to private, write Niki or George to take action and answer to client.
• If it is article or image, after deletion -> do nothing

Regular Thunderbird Tasks

This is an overview about different regular tasks.

1. GotomyPC settings
2. Search folders / saved Search
   – Select all folders: use the plugin saved search them all
   – select inboxes of other accounts.
3. Add snbchf mail
4. How to copy layout to all folders
5. OLD: Move all mails with Tag “X” to Inbox folder “X”
   NEW:
   
   1. Move mails with Harry Tag into Harry Inbox NOT NEEDED 
   2. Do this for all normal folders (especially Inbox)

Move Mails

Move Mails into Right Account

Move mails according tag into right account (Inbox Folder)

(soon Vasil will create message filter that will do this job)
So no need to do this task manually.

Find important mails

Sometimes there are important mails that George will not read.

Search Folder: Important Services

Usually simply star the mail if it there is an action to be taken.

We want the prefererd column layout in all folder.

• Date Descending
• Scroll to newest on top

Duplicated Mails

Duplicate mails: Same Title, same account, same date

.

When you see that many mails are duplicated then run “Remove Duplicated Mails” with the right mouse button on the folder. Simply choose “Delete Selected” (the default).
