Requirements:

I scan all my documents into PDF.
For this I need

• Split PDF
• Merge PDF
• Rotate PDF
• Edit PDF (less important)
• Important: Use inside Windows Explorer with Shell Extension

Solutions:

• now testing on George-Zurich

• Merge, Split
• But no shell integration, no rotate

• JPDF Tweak and alternatives
