Procedure how WordPress finds pages based on permalinks/URL

1. It follows the full path of the URL. Some pages might be private, not published yet. So some URL work only when logged in.
2. If the URL does not exist or is not accessible (e.g. when it is a private post), then WordPress goes to the postname.

Example:
The page https://doc.e-llusion.org/design/stop-words/

https://doc.e-llusion.org/seo/on-site-seo/stop-words/ 

is a public page.
