• [ ] Die Monitor Helligkeit hat mit ihren Werten zwischen 200 und 400 cd/m2 ihr Optimum erreicht. Auf das Auge ist ein Wert um die 250 bis 300 cd/m2 optimal. Mit der heutigen Technik also durchaus erfüllbar. Je höher der Wert, desto heller der Bildschirm und desto schneller ermüden die Augen. Zu dunkel darf es bei der Monitor Helligkeit aber auch nicht werden, denn das überanstrengt Augen und Sehnerven.
