We regularly back up the team folders.

Remove Duplicate Data before backup

Before we run manual backups, we should remove the duplicate data. Here we use Anti-Twin.

Can delete the duplicates:

• Upload later
• No upload needed
• old Stuff (incl. IT.SNBCHF folder)
• Upload to be Examined
• Video Input

Not used any more:

• 01.13-01.19

Folders that become a backup:

• !!Doc SiteOld –> put on NAS  T:\TeamBackups\201701

Background:

George creates MP4 or Webm files. Mp4 got named Original MP4.
Then the team converts video into MP4 with smaller file size.

Order original videos

• George-FB NAS Team folder T:\\Webm OrigMp4\ (Original Video folder)
• Put them into folders 0 Orga 1 Sales, etc.

Synchronization

Synchronize original video folder with Main Team folder

• Sync for example
  T:\Webm OrigMp4\9 Feeds,Authors,Books
  –> Contains only webm and original Mp4
  P:\!!Shared\!team\#Media\!!Doc Site\9 Feeds,Authors,Books
  –> No webm any more no Original MP4No Webm or Original MP4 in PCloud
• Create same folders/subcategories
• T drive Move into folders

Regular Task:

Move Original Videos into T Webm folder

• When Conversion into MP4 finished, move original Webm into T folder

We are not doing this task anymore. We keep it on Pcloud. The reason is that we must rename both files and then it is difficult

Problems:

Wrong Page Number

• Video has wrong page number
• Example A34 Find Bookmark Tool With Import of Categories 20170708
• Update it on PCloud and T folder of NAS

Video does not exist

1. If video is only on the T folder –> Video did not get converted.
2. It should not be on T folder –> Move it into PCloud, !!current sprint folder
3. Convert it into mp4 –> Transfer the original video into NAS Archive.
