Account for Butlers

Change Account, how to:

O87 Rules

1. Open the owner of the Rules (AG)
2. Click on Butler –> Rules
3. Click on the Command Libraries (which is the button next to “Create Rule”)
4. Share all Rules
5. Login with GD
6. Click on Butler –> Rules
7. Click on Command Libraries
8. Import all Rules for GD
9. Once the Rules are Imported, they exist on all Boards, Teams

Board Buttons:

1. Open the owner of the Board Butlers (AG)
2. Click on Butler –> Board Butlers
3. Click on Enable for all boards and share with team
4. Login with GD
5. Click on Butler –> Board Butlers
6. Copy Each of the shared butlers
7. Enable share with team
8. Then open AG (old owner) and delete the butlers

Step3: Run Button (butler) with autosort disabled.

Result: All cards in the same list

Step4: Run multi-select on this list
