GUI Fields for GDPR Plugin

• Entry field in GUI so that we are flexible with the GDPR. It can be a page.
• New line must be possible (e.g. linking text is in a different line)
• Consider also putting other legal parts (e.g. privacy policy and cookies policy) into same backend part, all 3 can be pages
• Compare / Integrate with Core WP implementation of privacy policy.
