Lists of hosts and their email sending limitsSource: Doc.mailpoet You have to respect your host’s limitations if you’re sending with your own website ( PHP Mail and Sendmail options) or your host’s SMTP (Third Party option) account. Keep your frequencies below the limit because your WordPress site might send other emails too, like email notifications for new comments or new subscribers.
