OPC: 1.4% (max 30%)

For travel originating in Switzerland (CH), an OPC of 1.40% will be incurred, up to a maximum of CHF 30.

For travel originating in Germany (DE), Denmark (DK), Finland (FI), Ireland (IE), Poland (PL), Czech Republic (CZ), Great Britain (GB) and the Netherlands (NL), the OPC is 1.65% and is charged as follows (see chart), up to a maximum value of: EUR 25 / GBP 20 / DKK 190 / CZK 680 / PLN 110.

Additional OPC charges are not incurred for changes to bookings such as insurances and advance seat reservations and other subsequent additional payments. Tickets for infants (under the age of two) and Miles & More award tickets are exempt from the OPC.

The OPC is not reimbursed in the event of a cancellation.

There are various options for purchasing tickets without OPC:

  • Additional OPC charges are not incurred in the context of changes to bookings such as advance seat reservations, adding insurance, and other subsequent additional payments.
  • Tickets for infants (under the age of two) and Miles and More award tickets are exempt from the OPC.
  • The OPC does not apply to various non-credit card payments at the SWISS Ticket Office or to a travel agent and for following forms of payment when purchasing tickets through swiss.com, depending on the country of departure:
  • Additional payment methods are offered on swiss.com free of charge, such as by invoice, Instant Banking, PostFinance and China Union Pay. Availability depends on the place of departure.

Wie kann ich mein IDV Level von 1 auf 2 erhöhen?

Um Ihre Identifikationsstufe von IDV1 auf IDV2 zu erhöhen, beachten Sie bitte diese Anleitung:

1. Melden Sie sich bei Ihrem Konto an: https://secure.viabuy.com/login/
2. Gehen Sie zum Menüpunkt ‚Einstellungen‘ und klicken Sie auf ‚Ihre Identifikationsstufe‘.
3. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche: Identifikationsstufe jetzt erhöhen
4. Laden Sie die erforderlichen Dokumentenkopien hoch.

Ihre hochgeladenen Dokumente werden innerhalb eines Geschäftstags verifiziert.

Voraussetzungen von Identifikationsdokumenten:

Es wird eine hochauflösende Farbkopie benötigt, auf der das Dokument komplett mit allen vier Ecken zu sehen ist.
Schwarz-Weiß-Kopien werden nicht akzeptiert.
Der Lichtbildausweis muss von der Regierung ausgestellt und gültig sein.
Der Lichtbildausweis darf nicht handgeschrieben sein und muss laminiert sein.
Ausweise aus Papier oder Asylanträge werden nicht als Identifikationsdokumente akzeptiert.

Anerkannte Identifikationsdokumente:

Reisepass
Personalausweis – nur von der EU/EWR ausgestellt
Aufenthaltsgenehmigung – nur von der EU/EWR ausgestellt
Führerschein– nur von der EU/EWR ausgestellt

Voraussetzungen von Adressnachweisen:

Hochauflösende Farbkopie. Schwarz-Weiß-Kopien werden nicht akzeptiert.
Das hochgeladene Dokument muss den Namen und die Adresse des Karteninhabers enthalten.
Auf dem hochgeladenen Dokument muss ein Ausstellungsdatum zu sehen sein. Seine Gültigkeit hängt von der Art des hochgeladenen Dokuments ab. Sehen Sie hierzu bitte die untenstehende Liste der anerkannten Dokumententypen.
Es muss sich bei der Kopie um einen echten Brief handeln, der Ihnen über den normalen Postweg zugeschickt wurde. Elektronisch ausgestellte Dokumente (z. B. per E-Mail erhaltene Rechnungen oder Internetrechnungen) werden nicht akzeptiert.

Anerkannte Dokumententypen:

Rückseite des Personalausweises (nur, wenn Ihre Adresse dort abgedruckt ist). Die Rückseite der Aufenthaltsgenehmigung wird nicht akzeptiert.
Rechnung (nicht älter als drei Monate) von einem Versorgungsunternehmen (Strom, Wasser, Gas, Internet oder Festnetztelefon), die Sie per Post erhalten haben.
Aktueller Kontoauszug in Papierform mit sichtbarer Adresse und Namen, der nicht älter ist als 6 Monate. Screenshots vom Online-Banking oder von elektronischen oder Internet-Kontoauszügen werden nicht akzeptiert.
Fahrzeugpapiere, die nicht älter sind als 12 Monate. Versicherungsnachweise oder Grüne Karte werden nicht akzeptiert.
Gestempelte und unterschriebene Wohnortbestätigung von einer Meldebehörde (z. B. vom örtlichen Wohnungsamt oder der Gemeindeverwaltung), die nicht älter ist als 12 Monate.
