The custom URL is not changed on renaming images.

Custom URL is a different functionality than what we did before. The Image Elevator is not changing custom url, we do no changing it, too.

By default it is set to be Media Link. When we paste images in doc pages with Image Elevator it is necessary to change the Link to -> Media File.
