Our Task table Target: Move all tasks into DONE area It is based on the scrum technique.

 

Task description:

Ideally it has 2 lines and 1 line for the status

Cards:

Columns OPEN, In Progress, To Verify and DONE

The “cards” should have very short names that fit in 2 or max 3 lines

Our Target:

to move the “cards” on the “task board”, from OPEN over In Progress to Fixed

Task update:

Do the task update always in the Task Description /Task update column

 

Peukert Videos

Step 1) Susan says Start and End (h:min:sec) of each chapter and some German keywords

Step 2) I check which chapters are worth it

Step 3) We write e relevant keywords in German and English
Step 4) Niko split the videos, saves in our pcloud
Step 5) Niko uploads the videos to my account in youtube
