Strong directly to MyFitnessPal

I used this solution for my home Iphone.
This worked

The following is for information purposes only.

For iPhone only, Strong can integrate directly with MyFitnessPal to view your calorie intake inside Strong.

To connect to MyFitnessPal please go to StrongSettings
Profile > Settings > App Integrations  > MyFitnessPal > Connect.

MyFitnessPal integration will allow you to sync your calorie goals into the calorie widget, as well as upload your workouts to MyFitnessPal.

iPhone’s Settings app (not the MyFitnessPal app) > tap Health > Data Access & Devices > MyFitnessPal

Exercises – Exercises that are logged in Apple Health or Fitness will send to MyFitnessPal. Exercise simultaneously tracked by more than one app, however, will cause duplicates. Exercise does not transfer from MFP to Apple Health

 Problems Hi,
I have connected Strong to Apple Health.
The workouts are showing. However, I am not able to receive the workouts from Health.
Neither Legacy https://help.strongapp.io/article/146-myfitnesspal
nor the new way via Apple Health is working.I followed the guidelines:
https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032271092-Apple-Health-FAQ-and-TroubleshootingOn the other hand, nutrition information is copied from MyFitnessPal into Health.

The only workouts that I am able to receive are:
activities from Garmin are imported to MyFitnessPal (via the direct interface) and this works well.

What if not synching

What if Apple Health and MyFitnessPal are Not Syncing with Each Other

If you are not seeing your workouts syncing from Apple Health into your MyFitnessPal account, please first note that only data logged after the initial connection will transfer into MyFitnessPal. We cannot pull historical data from Apple Health.

Next, we would suggest Checking On the Connection between Apple Health and MyFitnessPal in your Settings App. If everything is set on, please try adding a test workout or weight into Apple Health to check to see if the manually added data syncs. If it does, future information should also sync.

If the manually added workout did not sync, we recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling the app.

Before deleting your app, please note that any information that has not previously synced will be lost. To make sure your data has been syncing with the site, go to www.MyFitnessPal.com.
